Job DescriptionPay: $25-$32 Depending on experience. Responsibilities • Set up and operate TRUMPF tube laser equipment safely and efficiently., • Load and unload raw material and finished parts., • Verify correct material type, size, thickness, and job requirements before production., • Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications., • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using appropriate measuring tools., • Monitor cut quality and make necessary machine adjustments., • Identify and troubleshoot basic machine, tooling, and cutting issues., • Maintain required production rates while meeting quality standards., • Complete production, inspection, and material documentation accurately., • Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance., • Report equipment, quality, material, or production issues promptly., • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.Requirements, • Previous CNC laser or metal fabrication experience preferred., • TRUMPF tube laser experience highly preferred., • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints., • Knowledge of basic dimensions and tolerances., • Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools., • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail., • Basic computer skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Ability to safely handle raw materials and finished parts., • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
