What You'll Earn • $800 weekly base salary, • $300 per KW commission, • $50 per KW leadership override, • $50 per KW vesting opportunity, • $500 monthly vehicle stipend, • Additional performance bonuses, • On-Target Earnings: $160,000+ annually Top performers consistently earn $2,500-$4,000+ per week.
