    Talent Acquisition Manager

    $90000–$130000 yearly
    Full-time
    East Bronx, The Bronx

About the Company: Founded in 2008 by Ross Sapir, Roadway Moving is built on the core principles of accountability, kindness, generosity, and dedication. These values drive a culture of excellence, where our people—not just our trucks—set us apart in a crowded industry. We believe in investing in both our employees and our clients, fostering an environment rooted in respect, urgency, clear communication, and appreciation. At Roadway, we don't just move boxes, we move lives, and we do it with a commitment to making the experience remarkable for everyone involved. Right here in the Bronx, where it all began back in 2008, that same hard working, big hearted spirit is still what drives us every day. Roadway is a company that has grown fast and is still growing. We hire at volume and we hire across every level, from movers and drivers to directors and executives. This seat owns the hiring that sits above the field, and sets the standard for the hiring that happens in it. What you will own • Full cycle recruitment for corporate and leadership hiring: sales, operations, dispatch, logistics, marketing, finance, and management roles through the VP level. Intake, sourcing, screening, interview process design, offer negotiation, and close., • Hiring manager partnership. You define the role with the manager before it opens, calibrate early, and hold the process to a standard instead of chasing whoever moves fastest., • The ATS as system of record. Postings, pipeline hygiene, candidate communication, clean data., • Hiring metrics that leadership actually uses: time to fill, source quality, offer acceptance, cost per hire, and where the process is breaking., • Oversight of the field recruitment process currently run by the HR team. You are not doing the volume screening yourself. You set the standard, watch quality and throughput by market, and step in when a location falls behind., • Depending on level, this role may include a management line into our global recruiting and sourcing team. If you come in without that experience, it is the path this seat grows toward. Who this is for • You have presence. You can sit across from a VP candidate or a warehouse manager and be credible with both., • You work hard and you work fast. Our growth does not slow down while a search is open., • You handle pressure without dropping quality. Multiple open roles, competing priorities, and a hiring manager who needs someone yesterday are normal conditions here., • You want to learn. You ask questions about the business, not just the job description., • You take ownership. When a search stalls, you diagnose it and change the approach instead of reporting that the market is tough. Background • We care more about how you operate than where you have operated. Recruiting agency experience, in-house talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring backgrounds all translate well., • We will also consider career changers with strong sales, hospitality, or operations management backgrounds who can demonstrate the judgment, hustle, and people read that this job requires. If that is you, tell us in your application why recruiting and why now., • Comfort working onsite at least three days a week, and comfort in a business that moves at the speed of a hiring surge, are non-negotiable. This role is based in our Bronx office with a minimum of three days onsite. We work closely with leadership in person, and this is a collaborative environment by design. Why Roadway? We care about the people who work here, and we put real effort behind that. That looks like training that actually prepares you, managers who coach instead of just assign, and clear paths to grow. It looks like knowing the people you work with. It looks like being trusted with real work early. We have teams across the United States and internationally, and they get the same version of this company. Same standards, same investment, same care. Where you sit does not change what you get from us. The thing we believe most: how we treat our people shows up in how our customers are treated. That is not a slogan for us, it is how we make decisions. Our employees rate us a 93 on employee Net Promoter Score, our customers rate us between 4.5 and 4.9, and we have been named a Stevie Award Employer of the Year three times, including Gold for Talent Acquisition. We are proud of that, and we know it only stays true if we keep earning it. Recruiting agencies Thanks for thinking of us. We run our searches in house and aren't taking agency submissions for this role, so please don't reach out to our hiring managers or People team about it. Unsolicited resumes become the property of Roadway Moving and no fee is owed if we hire that candidate. If we ever need outside support, we'll come to you. $90,000-$130,000 Note: The above description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the job. All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities due to the nature of work performed to accomplish Roadway Mover's mission. Roadway Movers, Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind based on race, color, sex, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws. This policy applies to all employment practices within our organization, including hiring, recruiting, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, leave of absence, compensation, benefits, training, and apprenticeship. Roadway Movers, Inc. makes hiring decisions based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs at the time.

    $1000–$2500 monthly
    Part-time
    Manhattan, New York

About Epicentr Epicentr is a private, one-room body wellness studio in Midtown Manhattan offering triple-wavelength laser hair removal, EMS muscle sculpting, and Endosphere body contouring. We’re not a volume clinic — the brand is calm, private, and premium, and we’re building a partner network to match that tone. The role This is a commission-forward partnerships role and a real opportunity to get immersed in building a brand from the ground up — you’ll own the partner pipeline end to end, from sourcing creators and corporate contacts through closing deals, hosting visits, and converting partners into paying members. Base pay covers a manageable part-time commitment; the real upside comes from what you close. What you’ll do • Source — identify fitness trainers, UGC creators, micro-influencers, wellness professionals with an audience, and corporate contacts (offices, coworking spaces, club concierges) in Midtown. Qualify by fit, not just follower count., • Close — run personalized outreach (roughly 50 touches/day) to secure deposits or signed content agreements, and book visits., • Host and capture — bring partners into the studio for an on-brand visit, and walk away with usage-rights content., • Convert — turn partners into paying subscribers. This is the role’s core deliverable — and where most of your earnings come from., • Grow B2B — build relationships with nearby offices to fill lower-yield daytime weekday slots via demo days and team passes., • Report — keep the CRM current, hand off content to the marketing/SMM team, and deliver a weekly pipeline and revenue report. What we’re looking for • Sales, partnerships, or influencer marketing experience — or strong hustle and a fast learning curve, • Comfortable with consistent, personalized daily outreach, • Strong writing voice: private, calm, editorial — no discount or “free session” language, • Based in or near Midtown Manhattan, available for some in-person time at the studio, • English fluency required; Russian is a plus Compensation Base pay is approximately $1,000/month for part-time hours — this role is commission-forward, meaning your real earning potential comes from results: $50 per converted paying subscriber, $100 per closed B2B deal, and 10% of attributed monthly revenue. This structure rewards people who want to bet on their own closing ability, and it’s a genuine chance to build partnership and sales skills inside a growing premium brand from day one. Logistics Part-time, contractor. Hybrid — online sourcing/outreach plus in-person visits and studio time.
