This role provides direct supervision of night shift production personnel, drives operational performance, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Production Supervisor plays a key role in achieving production targets, minimizing waste, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improveme nt.
