Due to continued growth nationwide, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our high-performing recruiting team. Summary The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of technical and professional positions. This individual will partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs, develop strategic sourcing plans, identify and engage top talent, and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial outreach through onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment. Duties & Responsibilities • Make hiring recommendations by evaluating candidates' qualifications, technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations., • Partner with clients to develop and refine job descriptions while gaining a thorough understanding of hiring needs, organizational culture, and business objectives., • Stay informed of labor market trends, industry developments, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices., • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, networking, Boolean searches, social media, industry associations, career fairs, universities, and other sourcing channels., • Source and recruit both active and passive candidates for technical and professional positions., • Screen resumes and conduct in-depth phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, work history, career goals, compensation expectations, and overall fit., • Manage and prioritize multiple requisitions while maintaining exceptional candidate and client service., • Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing interview coaching, company insights, and feedback., • Mentor and support Associate Recruiters by providing guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, and recruiting best practices., • Administer employment assessments and skills testing when required., • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, interview notes, and compliance documentation within ATR's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)., • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers., • Negotiate compensation packages, pay rates, and employment terms with candidates., • Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, onboarding documentation, and new hire paperwork., • Manage contractor relationships throughout assignments, including onboarding, performance follow-up, coaching, recognition, counseling, issue resolution, and offboarding., • Conduct follow-up calls with contractors on their start date, during the first two weeks, and monthly throughout the assignment., • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruiting and hiring process., • Conduct employee separations and terminations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements., • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and employees to ensure long-term partnerships., • Utilize strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills throughout the recruiting lifecycle., • Generate sales leads through networking, candidate interactions, reference checks, and market intelligence., • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience., • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or technical recruiting environment., • Demonstrated success recruiting for administrative, manufacturing, light industrial, professional, or other specialized positions., • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting platforms., • Advanced sourcing skills utilizing Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Talent Insights, X-Ray search techniques, internet research, referrals, and social recruiting., • Experience recruiting both active and passive candidates in competitive talent markets., • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines and performance metrics., • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate technical competencies, behavioral fit, and long-term potential., • Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills., • Ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and clients., • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams., • Knowledge of employment laws, EEO, OFCCP, and recruiting compliance best practices., • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Compensation: $71k-$80k/yearly-depending on experience Location: Onsite – Santa Clara, CA
