    Job Description Caring Senior Service is seeking a professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented Email Support Specialist to join our Customer Service / Support team. This remote position provides an opportunity to support seniors, families, caregivers, and prospective clients by delivering timely, accurate, and respectful assistance through email and other approved communication channels. The Email Support Specialist will serve as an important point of contact for customers and families seeking information about Caring Senior Service. The successful candidate will respond to inquiries, provide information about available services, document customer interactions, coordinate follow-up, and escalate concerns when appropriate. The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, patience, and a genuine desire to help people. Experience in healthcare, senior care, home care, customer service, or administrative support is preferred. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming email inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about Caring Senior Service and available services. Assist seniors, family members, caregivers, and prospective clients with questions and requests. Communicate with customers in a compassionate, respectful, and helpful manner. Research customer questions and provide appropriate information or next steps. Schedule appointments, assessments, consultations, and follow-up communications when applicable. Document customer interactions and correspondence accurately in company systems. Follow up on customer requests to ensure appropriate and timely resolution. Escalate urgent, sensitive, or complex matters to the appropriate team member. Maintain accurate customer records and protect confidential information. Collaborate with office staff, caregivers, management, and other departments to resolve customer concerns. Maintain knowledge of company services, policies, procedures, and customer-support processes. Assist with administrative and customer-service tasks as assigned. Requirement: Previous experience in customer service, email support, healthcare, home care, call center, or administrative support preferred. Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail. Ability to write clear, concise, professional, and compassionate email responses. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent problem-solving and follow-up abilities. Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively. Comfortable using email, CRM systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools. Ability to learn new software and company procedures quickly. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a remote team. Reliable high-speed internet and a professional workspace suitable for remote work. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly. Senior care, healthcare, or home-care experience is a plus. Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
