Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field., • 0-3 years of experience in cost analysis, project controls, accounting, construction, or a related area., • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting/filtering data, and basic reporting., • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Analytical mindset with an interest in working with large datasets., • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with project teams., • Self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Preferred Qualifications • Internship, co-op, or project experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, mining, or industrial projects., • Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools., • Exposure to project budgeting, forecasting, or cost tracking., • Experience working in a project-based environment., • Owner-side project experience is a plus but not required.
