Job Description The Restaurant Bartender plays a vital role in providing exceptional beverage service within a dynamic restaurant environment. This position involves preparing and serving a full range of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, while maintaining a clean and organized bar. Reporting directly to the restaurant manager, the bartender is expected to work primarily during evening and weekend shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth bar operations. Responsibilities • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, • Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons professionally, • Handle cash and process payments accurately, • Maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout shifts, • Mix cocktails following recipes and customer preferences, • Take and process customer orders efficiently, • Verify customer ID to comply with legal drinking age requirements, • Replenish stock and inventory to ensure bar readiness, • Collaborate effectively with team members to support overall restaurant operations Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of bartending experience
