This position typically pays $17 to $23 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, peak season bonuses, attendance bonuses, and shift differential pay for overnight or weekend shifts. Employees must follow Amazon safety procedures, scanning procedures, and productivity standards while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Workers are expected to meet hourly pick and pack quotas and maintain accuracy and safety at all times. Amazon is seeking Work From Home Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, account issues, delivery questions, and general customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email support. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for resolving customer concerns, processing returns and refunds, tracking packages, updating customer accounts, documenting customer interactions, and providing professional and friendly customer service while meeting performance and quality standards.

Amazon Prime Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering Amazon packages to residential and business locations on assigned delivery routes. Drivers typically work for an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) and drive a company-provided delivery van. Drivers are responsible for loading packages into the delivery vehicle, following delivery routes using a handheld device, delivering packages, taking delivery confirmation photos, and providing professional customer service.

Amazon Flex Delivery Drivers use their own vehicle to deliver Amazon packages to customers on scheduled delivery blocks. Drivers are responsible for picking up packages from an Amazon delivery station, loading packages into their personal vehicle, following delivery routes using the Amazon Flex app, delivering packages to homes and businesses, and taking delivery confirmation photos. Drivers work scheduled delivery blocks but may also have opportunities to accept additional blocks or be on-call for available delivery routes when demand is high. This position typically pays $18 to $25 per hour, with some delivery blocks paying higher rates during peak times, holidays, or high-demand delivery periods.
