    Job Description: We are Daikin D1+ Installers specialising in high-end residential and commercial installations, including concealed ducted systems, bespoke ductwork, splits, multi VRV/VRF, Chillers & AHU'S systems. We’re looking for a fully qualified, experienced in the uk, and professional Air Conditioning Installer / Engineer who can deliver work to the highest standard. This is not a trainee role – we are offering top pay for top ability and top quality only Requirements – You Must Have • Minimum 10+ years hands-on experience installing and commissioning (In the uk), • F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential) – but F-Gas alone is not enough., • NVQ Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems (or equivalent qualification)., • CSCS card (essential)., • Full UK driving licence., • Proven ability to install, commission and fault find split, multi-split, VRV/VRF systems., • Strong understanding of the refrigerant cycle and the ability to use service checkers confidently., • Ability to fault-find and test components on VRV/F systems, AHUs, and chillers., • Competence with pressure testing, vacuuming, charging, and commissioning to manufacturer standards., • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, refrigerant charts, and installation schematics., • Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and pride in workmanship., • Strong communication skills and a professional approach with clients and colleagues. Desirable (but not essential) • PASMA / IPAF certification., • Electrical knowledge., • Experience managing or mentoring junior engineers., • Background in servicing and maintenance of VRV, chiller, or AHU systems., • Manufacturer training certificates (e.g. Daikin, Mitsubishi). Tools & Equipment • Engineers are expected to have their own hand and service tools, including gauges, vac pump, and flaring equipment. Having a complete professional tool kit will be reflected in your pay level., • Company van, fuel card, and specialist tools can be provided for the right candidate. Role Overview You will be responsible for: • Full installation, commissioning, and testing of air conditioning systems (split, multi-split, VRV/VRF)., • Diagnosing and rectifying faults on VRV systems, AHUs, and chillers., • Ductwork and condensate routing, ensuring a neat and professional finish., • Working on premium residential and light commercial sites., • Completing digital reports and photo documentation to a professional standard.     Tenant Support & Rent Resolution Officer About the Role We are looking for a confident, resilient and professional individual to help reduce rent arrears by working directly with tenants across our portfolio. This is not a debt collection or enforcement role. Instead, you will visit tenants in person, understand the reasons behind outstanding rent, assist them in resolving issues (particularly Housing Benefit and Universal Credit claims), and encourage prompt payment where appropriate. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, visiting multiple properties each day, and dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds. They must be able to remain calm under pressure, communicate with authority, and build respect through professionalism. Key Responsibilities • Visit tenants with outstanding rent balances., • Discuss rent arrears in a firm, respectful and professional manner., • Identify the reason for non-payment., • Assist tenants with Housing Benefit and Universal Credit issues where appropriate., • Liaise with local authorities and support organizations to help resolve benefit delays., • Encourage tenants to make payments or agree realistic repayment plans., • Record detailed notes following every visit., • Provide regular updates to the office., • Escalate serious concerns or safeguarding issues., • Build positive working relationships while protecting the landlord's interests. Requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Confident dealing with difficult conversations., • Calm under pressure and able to manage conflict professionally., • Assertive without being aggressive., • Strong problem-solving ability., • Organised and able to work independently., • Full UK driving licence., • Own vehicle required., • Good understanding of Housing Benefit and Universal Credit is desirable, although training can be provided., • Previous experience in housing, property management, tenancy support, enforcement support, security, customer service, policing, military or similar roles would be advantageous., • Able to work over time or early hours, weekends when required.
