Full-Time Pasta Chef – Remoli, Wembley Park Location: Wembley Park, London Position: Full-Time Pasta Chef Pay: £14.00–£16.00 per hour, depending on experience Remoli is looking for a passionate and experienced Pasta Chef to join our kitchen team at our Wembley Park restaurant. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food, and can work confidently in a busy restaurant environment. Responsibilities • Prepare and cook fresh pasta dishes to Remoli’s recipes and quality standards., • Ensure dishes are prepared and presented consistently., • Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining high standards., • Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness procedures at all times., • Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a smooth and efficient service., • Help maintain a clean, organised, and professional kitchen environment. What We’re Looking For • Previous experience working in a busy restaurant kitchen., • Experience with pasta or Italian cuisine is preferred but not essential., • A genuine passion for Italian food and fresh ingredients., • Ability to stay organised and perform well under pressure., • Strong teamwork and communication skills., • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking., • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings for private, corporate, community, and commercial catering events. Identify and secure new business opportunities by building relationships with venues, event organisers, corporate clients, and community organisations. Coordinate the planning and logistics of catering events, ensuring the timely delivery of food, equipment, and supplies. Oversee loading plans, and transport arrangements to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Track sales performance, logistics costs, and operational efficiency, producing regular management reports and recommending improvements. Monitor local events, festivals, and corporate opportunities to identify potential catering and sales prospects.
