You will work to maintain our daily kitchen operations, lead a highly skilled team, and maintain impeccable standards on the pass. Equally, you will be a vital administrative anchor, ensuring that kitchen paperwork, compliance, and team management are executed flawlessly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Pass & Service Leadership: Knock it out of the park on the pass, leading an energetic team during high-volume restaurant services. Event Management: Act as a key force in organising, planning, and executing our Wild Table events and offsite catering projects. Kitchen HR & Admin: Take ownership of crucial kitchen admin, including rota management, stock ordering, onboarding, and training records. Compliance & Standards: Maintain strict attention to detail regarding health and safety, food safety compliance, and backend paperwork. Mentorship: Support, train, and develop junior chefs (CDPs and Commis) to build a collaborative and motivated team culture. What We Are Looking For We want a straight up leader, friendly, supportive, authentic, and always looking to learn and improve. Proven Leadership: Solid experience as a Sous Chef (or an experienced Senior CDP looking to step up) in a fast-paced, high-volume fresh food kitchen. Admin Savvy: Strong backend skills with experience handling rotas, stock control, costings, and essential HR processes. Culinary Passion: A genuine love for honest, seasonal food and the ambition to take on big creative projects.
