Job Title: HR Advisor \n Location: Worthing, parking on site \n Salary: £35k \n Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 17:00pm, Mon-Fri , office based. \n About the Role: \n We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join a growing and supportive HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at junior to mid-level who is looking to develop their HR career in a varied and hands-on role. \n You’ll work closely with managers and employees, providing practical HR advice across the full employee lifecycle and supporting the delivery of key HR initiatives. \n HR Advisor responsibilities: \n\n • Build strong and effective working relationships with managers and employees, providing expert advice and guidance across the full range of people matters to ensure a fair, consistent and legally compliant approach to people management.\n, • Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with recruitment activities, providing advice on recruitment and selection best practice where required.\n, • Prepare employment contracts, contractual amendments and other HR documentation in a timely and accurate manner.\n, • Monitor sickness absence, identify trends and provide advice to managers on absence management procedures and best practice.\n, • Identify learning and development needs through discussions with managers and workforce planning activities.\n, • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the People function.\n\n \n HR Advisor will have / be: \n \n\n • CIPD level 3\n, • Excellent communication skills\n, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems\n, • High level of confidentiality and professionalism\n, • Strong organisational skills\n, • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and networking skills\n, • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment\n, • Excellent attention to detail\n\n
