Real Estate Paralegal \n 📍 Worthing \n 💼 Full-time | Permanent \n 💰 £26,000 - £32,000 \n \n We're working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their busy Real Estate team in Brighton. \n This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional looking to join a collaborative team, supporting an experienced fee earner while gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality residential property transactions. The firm offers genuine long-term career progression and flexible/hybrid working following probation. \n \n The Role \n You will support an experienced fee earner with the day-to-day management of residential conveyancing transactions, assisting from instruction through to post-completion while providing an excellent service to clients and third parties. \n Responsibilities include: \n\n • Assisting with the management of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion\n, • Opening new files and completing AML and compliance checks\n, • Preparing reports on title, mortgage documentation and search results under supervision\n, • Raising and reviewing enquiries on title, contract packs, searches and surveys\n, • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions\n, • Assisting with exchange, completion and post-completion formalities\n, • Drafting financial statements and invoices\n, • Maintaining accurate case management records and updating internal systems\n, • Providing administrative and legal support throughout the conveyancing process\n\n \n About You \n\n • Previous experience supporting residential conveyancing transactions within a legal environment\n, • Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion\n, • Experience raising enquiries, reviewing replies and assisting with report drafting\n, • Legal qualifications (desirable)\n, • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities\n, • Strong communication and client care skills\n, • Commercially aware with a proactive approach\n, • Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team\n, • Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office\n\n \n The Team \n You'll be joining a busy, friendly and supportive Real Estate team that handles high-quality residential property work.
