As Manufacturing Manager, you’ll lead a large, diverse manufacturing organisation of circa 60–100 people (as part of a wider manufacturing team of over 400), while being hands‑on in bringing a brand‑new site into operational readiness.You’ll set the tone, standards, and ways of working for the site from a manufacturing perspective — building high‑performing teams, embedding a strong safety and quality culture, and ensuring world‑class delivery from day one.
