The firm is known for its friendly, inclusive culture, high quality work and long standing relationships with high net worth individuals, business owners and trustees.The RoleYou'll manage a varied and interesting caseload covering the full spectrum of private client matters, with direct client contact from day one and strong support from senior lawyers. Work will include:Drafting wills, codicils and letters of wishesPreparing LPAs and handling Court of Protection applicationsEstate administration, probate applications and inheritance tax reportingTrust creation, administration and related tax considerationsLifetime and succession planning, including IHT and CGTAdvising on domicile, residence and cross border succession issuesYou'll also contribute to business development, support seminars and training, and help produce articles.Candidate RequirementsQualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years' PQE in Private Client .
