Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs., • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required., • Support individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and participate in social and recreational activities., • Encourage independence, confidence, and wellbeing., • Administer or support with medication in line with training and company policies., • Maintain accurate care records and complete daily documentation., • Build positive relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals., • Safeguard vulnerable adults by recognising and reporting concerns in accordance with safeguarding procedures., • Follow care plans, risk assessments, and health and safety policies. We are looking for someone who: • Is caring, patient, and empathetic., • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Is reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing outstanding care., • Can work independently as well as part of a team., • Is flexible to work a rota that may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays., • Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)., • Has previous care or support experience (desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided).
