Corporate Paralegal (EMEA) | 6-Month Contract | Full-Time 📍 Ireland or UK preferred; open to other EMEA locations (if GMT time zone-friendly) 📄 6-month contract, full-time (40 hrs/week) ⏱️ Immediate start Candidates must have at least 5 years of prior paralegal experience before applying to this role Our client, a global enterprise software company, is looking for a mid-to-senior Corporate Paralegal to join its legal team for a 6-month project focused on legal entity data and governance remediation across its EMEA legal entity population. The role reports to a corporate attorney based in the US and works closely with legal and finance colleagues based in Ireland, so strong overlap with Irish/EMEA morning hours is important. What you'll be doing • Reviewing electronic corporate records across the company's legal entity population, identifying gaps, and researching available data to close them, • Creating and updating entity data across corporate systems of record (including CSC Navigator, SharePoint and Smartsheets), • Working with internal and external advisors, under attorney direction and supervision, to arrange replacement documents or confirmatory resolutions as needed to bring entities to baseline, • Capturing key deadlines and dates from corporate records to validate and update compliance calendars, • Providing day-to-day support to the wider legal team, resolving inquiries — most often from Finance colleagues in Ireland — covering entity data, document and signature coordination, and liaising with local European compliance vendors on filing status This is a remediation and governance support role — it does not involve contract review or drafting. What we're looking for • A mid-to-senior paralegal comfortable working independently (and remotely) on governance materials, with a solid grounding in corporate governance processes, document types and terminology used across Europe, • At minimum, working familiarity with corporate governance/compliance expectations in one or more of: Ireland, Spain, Italy, France, Bulgaria, the Netherlands or Germany (broader regional experience a strong plus), • Ability to pick up country- or process-specific gaps quickly with support from the wider team, • Comfortable working across time zones with a US-based reporting line and EMEA-based colleagues, with good availability during EMEA mornings, • Organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing data across multiple systems of record Please send us your CV through this advert
