Residential Property Team Assistant \n Location: Norwich (Office Based)Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (Flexible working pattern negotiable) \n The Opportunity \n An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join a busy Residential Property team as a Team Assistant. This role offers the chance to play a key part in supporting property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring an exceptional service is delivered to clients throughout the conveyancing process. \n Working closely with legal professionals, clients and third parties, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced and professional environment. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Fee Earners and senior members of the Residential Property team.\n, • Manage and maintain client files using a case management system, ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are met.\n, • Act as a key point of contact for clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, HM Land Registry and other external parties.\n, • Prepare, update and manage legal documentation, correspondence and transaction records.\n, • Support residential conveyancing transactions across sales and purchases, including:\n \n, • Preparing and reviewing contract documentation.\n, • Ordering searches, management packs and title documents.\n, • Processing mortgage-related documentation and lender communications.\n, • Preparing completion statements, requisitions and billing information.\n, • Assisting with exchange, completion and post-completion activities.\n \n, • Monitor matter balances, support billing processes and assist with file closures.\n, • Maintain high standards of client care, risk management and regulatory compliance.\n, • Support wider team initiatives and collaborate effectively across departments.\n\n About You \n To be successful in this role, you will be: \n\n • Friendly, professional and committed to delivering excellent customer service.\n, • An effective communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.\n, • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\n, • Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced environment.\n, • Proactive, adaptable and solution-focused, with a positive attitude.\n, • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy under pressure.\n, • Confident using Microsoft Office applications and case management systems.\n, • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.\n\n Skills & Experience \n\n • Previous experience within a customer service, legal administration or professional services environment.\n, • Ideally a minimum of one year's experience in an office-based administrative role.\n, • Experience using a case management system would be advantageous.\n, • An understanding of residential conveyancing and property transactions would be beneficial, although not essential.\n\n What's on Offer \n\n • The opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative Residential Property team.\n, • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.\n, • A professional working environment with genuine opportunities to develop your career.\n, • The chance to make a meaningful contribution to the client experience and overall success of the team.\n\n Interested? \n Please call Michelle Topley on or email your CV to .
