I'm pleased to be partnering with a very famous Charity in Brighton in looking for an experienced and qualified finance professional to join their small finance team and lead on the delivery of high-quality management accounting, supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis across our organisation. \n Client Details \n I'm pleased to be partnering with a very famous Charity in Brighton in looking for an experienced and qualified finance professional to join their small finance team and lead on the delivery of high-quality management accounting, supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis across our organisation. \n Description \n This role works closely with budget holders and senior managers to support informed decision-making, effective budget management and financial sustainability. You will lead on the production of monthly management information and support the Director of Finance on the coordination of the annual budget and forecasting processes, and provide proactive financial advice and challenge to managers across the organisation. \n Profile \n \n\n • You will need to hold an accountancy qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) and have significant experience of preparing management accounts, forecasts and budgets. As well as experience of working with budget holders and senior managers across the organisation to support effective budget management and hold the ability to challenge managers when required. We are also looking for someone with a supportive and collaborative leadership style, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.\n\n Job Offer \n\n • Annual salary of £40,800, dependent on the level of experience.\n, • Hybrid working\n, • 25 days annual leave, plus 1 day off for birthday leave and bank holidays\n, • Rental deposit loans and travel loans (interest free)\n, • Generous sick pay scheme\n, • Well-being support through our EAP and counselling service\n, • Family friendly policies such as dependency leave etc.\n\n
