You will deliver wellbeing modules through a blend of face to face and online group sessions, alongside one to one support, equipping participants with practical tools to improve their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. You will also play a key role in signposting participants to external support services where needed. \n \n Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: \n \n Delivering Wellbeing Support \n\n • Work collaboratively with Employment Advisers to identify participants with health and wellbeing barriers affecting their ability to find or sustain work. \n, • Deliver one to one support to help participants overcome these barriers. \n, • Build strong rapport with participants to gain trust and confidence. \n, • Ensure Wellbeing Plans complement the activities outlined in each participant’s Action Plan. \n\n \n Training Delivery \n\n • Deliver group wellbeing sessions both online and face to face as part of a blended delivery model \n, • Provide concise, engaging guidance on topics such as stress awareness, mood management, menopause awareness, and anxiety management. \n\n \n Supporting Employment Advisers \n\n • Hold regular meetings with wellbeing champions, Employment Advisers, and wider teams to discuss performance and promote wellbeing support. \n, • Deliver training to new team members to build their confidence in using the wellbeing service effectively. \n, • Where appropriate, facilitate three way meetings between participants and Employment Advisers to ensure support plans are aligned and appropriate. \n\n \n Administration & Quality \n\n • Demonstrates robust diary management and strong organisational skills to complete all daily administrative tasks accurately and on time, including confident use of Microsoft Teams, CRM systems, and Excel. \n, • Deliver a high quality service in line with the Participant Charter, SLAs, and programme Quality Improvement Plan. \n, • Follow all company processes and ethical standards, including correct referral procedures, expenditure processes, and programme specific requirements. \n, • Maintain participant records and data with 100% accuracy at every stage. \n, • Adhere to filing and data processes to ensure confidentiality and maintain a strong audit trail for internal and external reviews. \n\n \n To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with: \n \n Essential Criteria: \n\n • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of delivering courses/working in a training environment OR \n, • A recognised teaching/training qualification or studying for one (City and Guilds 7407 or 7304, PTLLS/CTLLS/DTLLS/Level 3 Award in Education) OR Health advice/improvement qualification (minimum level - City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 Health Trainer Qualification or equivalent). \n, • Experience in both Face to Face and Remote group session delivery. \n, • Key attributes including: Achievement Orientation, Accuracy Orientation, Advice & Guidance skills, Resilience, Flexibility, Adaptability, Empathy, Empowerment, Honesty, Integrity, strong Planning and Decision Making skills, and a Team focused approach. \n, • A strong understanding of healthy lifestyle principles and up to date health advice knowledge. \n, • The ability to motivate others, inspire trust, and demonstrate excellent organisation and planning skills. \n, • Experience working both independently and as part of a team. \n, • Strong administration and IT skills, basic numeracy, and clear written communication skills. \n, • A genuine interest in people and a willingness to learn. \n, • Willingness to travel to offices in the regions \n\n \n Desirable Attainments: \n\n • Recognised teaching qualifications; Certificate of Education (Cert. 82853 - Field Staff Supervisor This Field Staff Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager and will work within Network Operations based in our Croydon & Kingston offices. You will be a permanent employee. You will attract a salary of £68,144 per annum and a bonus of 3%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) - 3 days in the office and 2 remote Job Purpose The Field Staff Supervisor ensures the performance of assigned field teams in the Area. You will partner with other Field Staff Supervisors in the Region, Field Engineers, and Schedulers to ensure the best possible utilisation of resources and the highest levels of on-site productivity. The postholder requires supporting and achieving the goal of Zero Harm in all aspects of their work. Dimensions Staff responsibility: circa 20 craftspersons Financial authority to approve corporate card expense claims following FAL limit Approval of personal expenses and mileage up to £500 Authorisation to sign and approve timesheets Principal Accountabilities Ensure a high standard of safety management through site safety audits and maintaining safety performance within company parameters, promoting Zero Harm and supporting staff welfare. Daily planning, coordination and real-time management of resources for directly employed staff and contractors to maximise productivity and improve unit costs. Support delivery of network fault repairs, asset inspections, maintenance and connections work. Leadership Responsibilities The Field Staff Supervisor will: Ensure jobs are carried out following Electricity Guaranteed Standards (EGS). Have a technical background, such as Fitter, Jointer or Linesperson. ONC qualified or hold a minimum City and Guilds 2339 (formerly 232) in Electrical Power Engineering. Hold or be willing to obtain an IOSH Managing Safely qualification within an agreed timescale (normally within six months of appointment). Work with people at all organisational levels. Understanding of the range of professional and trade skills required for field work. Work collaboratively across Network Operations and other directorates. Grade Note: The core grade for the Field Staff Supervisor role is Band E. Candidates who are operational SAP Engineers, maintain operational authorisations, and participate in standby rotas or regularly use their authorisations may retain their higher legacy grade, Band D.
