The firm is ambitious, growing, and committed to a people-first culture, with hybrid working, wellbeing support, and clear career development pathways embedded across all offices.The TeamThe private client practice is in an exciting phase of growth, with recent senior leadership investment and a clear mandate to expand across the firm's offices.The team advises HNW individuals, landed estates, and business-owning families on the full spectrum of private wealth matters, including complex wills, inheritance tax and estate planning, trusts, probate and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, and succession planning. It works closely with the firm's corporate, family, and real estate teams, offering a genuinely integrated, cross-disciplinary service. The RoleBased in Leeds, you will manage your own varied caseload, advising clients on bespoke wills incorporating trust structures, estate planning and inheritance tax mitigation, the creation and administration of trusts, and high-value estate administration including business and foreign property interests. You will also draft and register lasting powers of attorney, advise on succession planning, and prepare deeds of variation where appropriate.You will work collaboratively with colleagues across departments, particularly corporate, family, and real estate, and liaise with professionals in other jurisdictions on cross-border asset matters. Business development is actively encouraged, and you will have opportunities to attend networking events, contribute to social media, and build your own introducer relationships.
