Performance Manager \n Leeds (Hybrid – 3x Days a Week in Office) \n £75,000-£95,000 \n \n The Company \n \n A major UK broadcaster undergoing a significant digital transformation, with streaming and on-demand now central to future growth; the business is currently evolving its operating model and building new capabilities within its streaming division, with a strong focus on improving commercial performance, prioritisation, and decision-making – you can play a key role in this! \n \n The Role \n \n As a Performance Manager within the Streaming Product & Growth function, you will play a key role in shaping how the business evaluates performance and drives commercial outcomes; reporting into the Streaming Business Director, you will operate across strategy, performance management, and commercial evaluation, ensuring the business is focused on the highest-impact initiatives. \n \n Key responsibilities include: \n\n • Evaluating performance across core KPIs (viewing, reach, ad & non-ad revenue, ROI)\n, • Identifying growth opportunities and performance drivers\n, • Leading commercial assessments and business cases for new initiatives\n, • Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and prioritisation processes\n, • Partnering with product, growth, and data teams to align on strategy\n, • Building frameworks for performance tracking and decision-making\n, • Translating analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders\n\n \n Your Skills & Experience \n \n\n • Experience in a commercial performance, strategy, or growth-focused role\n, • Strong understanding of revenue drivers and business performance\n, • Ability to assess trade-offs and influence investment decisions\n, • Comfortable working with data, without being a deep technical specialist\n, • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration\n\n \n Industry backgrounds considered include: \n Media/Streaming (preferred), eCommerce, Retail, Financial Services/FinTech \n \n The Benefits \n \n\n • £75,000-£95,000\n\n \n How to Apply \n \n Please register your interest by sending your CV to Adam Osborne at Harnham via the Apply link on this page.
