Provide visible clinical leadership, maintaining accountability for clinical effectiveness, patient outcomes and operational performance. Review clinic capacity and utilisation to improve consultant accessibility and maximise service efficiency. Collaborate with consultants and key stakeholders to develop and optimise clinic templates and scheduling. Drive service improvements that enhance patient flow, reduce waiting times and improve the overall patient experience. Oversee the management and maintenance of outpatient equipment, ensuring compliance, safety and operational readiness. Use performance data and service insights to inform decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement and support strategic planning. Contribute to business planning, capital investment proposals and future service development opportunities. Lead, support and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team, creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture. Ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks, regulatory requirements and Nuffield Health standards.
