I am working with an international law firm and they are looking for a permanent Legal PA to join their corporate team. The hours are 9.30am-5.30pm and the salary is £49,500 with excellent benefits. They also offer hybrid working 3 days in the office/2 from home. This role will be supporting a number of partners and fee earners. \n Duties \n\n • Plan for and deliver high quality, accurate work whilst managing deadlines, responding to change and competing priorities of all work.\n, • Proactively manage and understand Belfast based Partners and London based Practice Manager diaries using business knowledge to prioritise commitments.\n, • This will include organising appointments, conferences and meetings via multiple methods (videoconferencing, teleconferencing, client office software etc.), considering lead and travel times, and coordinating meeting preparation and post-meeting actions.\n, • Coordinate detailed, multi-centred travel arrangements and provide detailed itineraries. Responsible to: Service Manager \n \n Purpose \n The Case Manager will strive to make contact and work on a one to one basis with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk at MARAC to pro- actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services. To do this, the Case Manager will work with existing agencies in each pilot site to design a co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. Throughout the intervention the Case Manager will work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties involved. \n \n The Case Manager will be responsible over the long term for delivering outcomes, to achieve behaviour change with each service user. \n \n Responsibilities \n Interagency work \n • Work to embed the Case Manager role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse in the area. \n • Effective understanding and implementation of institutional advocacy by pro- socially challenging partner agencies, acknowledging best practice and striving for change to benefit the individual, the service and the sector. \n • Support other professionals in responding to service users in a way that is coterminous with the aims and ethos of the Drive Project. \n • Working closing with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met. \n • Develop and maintain effective partnership working with statutory, private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse. \n • Represent the service at operational multi-agency meetings, feeding back initiatives and outcomes to the team and contribute to the evaluation of the quality of activities these services offer. \n • Provide a single point of proactive and regular contact for a range of professionals involved in the administration \n • Ensure that case files and records are accurate and complete, and are kept and in compliance with Data Protection Act requirements. \n • To enter all the required information into the Drive project electronic case management system to enable tracking of service user change, multi-agency working and risk management. \n • Weekly maintenance and accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication. \n • Comply with the data protection and information sharing protocols that Drive has agreed to. \n \n Direct work with service users \n • Maintain a proactive response to domestic abuse, including comprehensive risk assessment, support planning, referrals to other agencies and MARACs. \n • Develop strategies that will disrupt the continued risk posed by service users \n • Undertake assessment of risk, needs and attitudes to inform the individual service user’s intervention plan. \n • Ensure that risk assessment and risk management procedures are followed at all times. \n • Respect and value the diversity of the community in which the service works in, providing a service that recognises the diverse needs of service users and their families. \n • Work closely Technical Project Manager - CRM Development & Delivery - London - £70-75k - Consulting \n \n Role Overview \n \n My client based in West London, a Global Data Services Organisation are seeking a technical Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager to drive the delivery of their Dynamics 365 platform. \n \n The ideal candidate will have consulting industry experience - however this is not a must have requirement. \n \n This role is critical within their multi year transformation programme to become a more agile, global product and services company, embedding technology throughout all of their operations. \n \n You will own the day-to-day management of the tooling build and initial pilot deployment, owning the plan, dependencies, quality gates and the working-level vendor relationship.
