    About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Waste Collection Van Driver to join our team. This role involves driving a collection van on scheduled routes while also assisting with the loading and handling of waste materials. You will work as part of a small crew, alongside a dedicated driver’s mate, to ensure efficient and safe waste collection services. Key Responsibilities: • Safely operate a waste collection van on designated routes, • Assist with loading and unloading waste materials when required, • Work closely with your driver’s mate to complete collections efficiently, • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects, • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times, • Provide a professional and courteous service to customers and the public Requirements: • Valid driving licence (appropriate category for van driving), • Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling, • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively, • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious, • Previous experience in waste collection or a similar role is desirable but not essential What We Offer: • Competitive pay, • Regular working hours with overtime opportunities, • Full training provided, • Supportive team environment, • Opportunities for progression within the company How to Apply: Please submit your CV and a short cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.     The Complex Care Nursing Assistant is a key member of Seren Healthcare Solutions' Nurse-Led Clinical Team, providing high-quality, person-centred clinical and personal care to individuals with complex healthcare needs within their own homes and community settings. Working under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse, the post holder supports individuals with a range of complex conditions including neurological disorders, acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, respiratory conditions, physical and learning disabilities, and long-term health conditions. The role includes assisting with specialist clinical interventions such as tracheostomy care, ventilator support, enteral feeding (PEG/PEJ), catheter care, bowel management, epilepsy management, clinical observations and medication support following appropriate training and competency assessment. The post holder will promote independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing whilst maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, infection prevention, documentation, clinical governance and professional practice. As part of Seren's Nurse-Led Model of Care, the Complex Care Nursing Assistant will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective and compassionate care that improves outcomes and enhances the quality of life of those we support.
