Personal Assistant to Director \n 📍 Bromsgrove | Part-Time | Permanent | £28000- £35000 FTE \n \n About the Opportunity \n \n We're working with a successful entrepreneur based in Bromsgrove who is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director across three established businesses. \n This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll become the Director's right-hand person, ensuring their diary, communications and business priorities are managed efficiently, allowing them to focus on growing the businesses. The role will be for between 25 and 30 hours a week. \n \n This opportunity would suit an organised, proactive and highly professional PA who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and working in a trusted position. \n \n The Role \n \n As Personal Assistant to the Director, your responsibilities will include: \n \n\n • Managing a busy and ever-changing diary across three businesses\n, • Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements\n, • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders\n, • Managing emails, prioritising correspondence and drafting responses where appropriate\n, • Preparing reports, presentations and meeting documentation\n, • Organising business events and company meetings\n, • Taking minutes and following up on key actions\n, • Assisting with confidential business and personal matters where required\n, • Liaising with suppliers, customers and professional advisers\n, • Supporting with project coordination and ensuring deadlines are met\n, • Helping to improve administrative processes across the businesses\n, • General office management and administrative support\n\n \n About You \n \n We're looking for someone who: \n \n\n • Has previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator\n, • Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail\n, • Can confidently manage multiple priorities simultaneously\n, • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills\n, • Is professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information\n, • Works proactively and can anticipate the Director's needs\n, • Is confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)\n, • Remains calm under pressure and thrives in a busy environment\n, • Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred)\n\n \n What's on Offer \n \n\n • A varied role supporting an ambitious business owner\n, • Exposure to three successful and growing businesses\n, • A position where your ideas and organisational skills will be valued\n, • Supportive and collaborative working environment\n, • Opportunity to make a genuine impact on how the businesses operate\n, • Competitive salary depending on experience\n, • Free on-site parking\n, • Company pension\n, • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays\n\n \n Interested? \n \n If you're an experienced Personal Assistant looking for a role where you can truly become a trusted partner to a Director and enjoy a diverse workload, we'd love to hear from you. \n Apply today or contact Dave at Trevor James Recruitment for a confidential conversation about the opportunity
