Job summaryCan you help tell the story of how Hospice care helps local people?At St Leonard's Hospice, we are looking for skilled communicator to join as Communications Lead Clinical & Corporate to amplify the charity's message, supporting colleagues across clinical and corporate teams to:Educate professionals about the services the Hospice offers, the range of conditions with which we support people and when/how to make referrals for the patients greatest benefitMaking sure patients, families and carers know what help the Hospice offers and how they can access our supportCampaigning for changes in public policy and awareness of palliative and end-of-life issues.This is a full-time role, working37.5 hours per week, usually Mon-Fri though occasional evening and weekend work will be required. This role supports working from home, though a regular presence on site at the Hospice is essential. This will include liaising with external media contacts.5. Proactively identify stories that capture SLH's impact.6. Create and collate content for newsletters, email and bulk communications.8. Update and refresh clinical and corporate area of the SLH website.9.
