Skills & Qualifications - Essential Ingredients - Significant experience leading Commercial Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Retail Media programmes within premium consumer, luxury, lifestyle, retail or hospitality brands. - A proven track record of developing and delivering commercial marketing strategies that drive both brand equity and profitable growth. - Experience owning annual planning processes, investment strategies, budget management and performance measurement frameworks that maximise return on investment. - Strong understanding of retail media, customer marketing and omnichannel activation, with the ability to connect brand objectives to commercial outcomes. - Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships with retailers and key accounts, creating joint business plans and collaborative initiatives that deliver mutual value. - Excellent commercial and analytical capabilities, with experience translating customer, shopper and performance insights into growth opportunities. - Experience developing premium retail, experiential or omnichannel customer journeys that create memorable brand experiences and strengthen customer engagement. - Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across multiple teams and priorities. - Proven experience leading, coaching and developing people within a fast-paced, matrix organisation. - A degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
