Join us.BIOSTATISTICAL PROGRAMMING MANAGERLIVEWhat you will doIn this vital role you will support the Center for Observational Research (CfOR) organization by providing programming in SAS, R and SQL to perform data manipulation, analyze large healthcare datasets, oversee study implementation and quality control, and drive innovation, efficiency, and organizational growth.Develop, test, and QC SAS, R, and SQL programs for large healthcare datasets and statistical reportingLead and mentor a team of programmers, ensuring accurate, timely deliverablesManage project priorities, resources, workflows, and timelines with key stakeholdersDevelop and review programming plans, dataset specifications, macros, functions, and utilitiesEnsure data analyses and outputs are accurate, complete, and compliant with policies and SOPsContribute to study documentation, including SAPs, CRFs, and Data Management PlansRepresent programming in cross-functional meetings and support continuous process improvementSupport audits, controlled-document development, recruitment, and departmental initiativesParticipate in professional organizations, conferences, and industry meetingsBe part of our teamYou would be joining the Center for Observational Research (CfOR) organization. The successful candidate will report to a Biostatistical Programming Sr Mgr in CfOR’s ELMAC Data & Analytic Center (ELMAC DAC).WINWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
