Key Responsibilities: • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, performance and probation matters., • Provide practical HR advice and support to managers and colleagues., • Coach managers to build confidence and capability in handling people issues., • Support absence management processes and long-term absence cases., • Maintain accurate HR records, systems and employee documentation., • Coordinate HR administration and employee lifecycle activities., • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and best practice., • Assist with management training, employee engagement initiatives and HR projects., • Produce HR reports and analyse people data to identify trends and improvements., • Drive process improvements through digital tools, automation and AI solutions. About You: • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or generalist HR role., • Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice., • Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills., • Organised, proactive team player., • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
