This unique opportunity will allow you to act as a key clinical voice within our innovation development roadmap, ensuring patient needs and real-world usability are central to everything we create. Provide hands-on clinical input into product development, from concept through to launch to ensure patient needs are metDeliver clinical oversight across trials, ensuring safety, ethics, and complianceSupport trial design, protocols, and outcome measuresCollaborate with R&D, Marketing, and global clinical teamsTranslate clinical insight into practical product improvementsRepresent Blatchford at conferences and industry eventsImportantly, you will remain clinically active by acting as the named clinician for our patient advocates, ensuring your expertise remains current and patient focused.About You Qualified Prosthetist with 5+ years' experienceStrong knowledge of lower-limb prosthetics (microprocessor & mechanical systems)Understanding of gait, alignment, and patient-device optimisationExperience or interest in clinical research or product developmentStrong communicator, comfortable working across multidisciplinary teamsMotivated by improving patient outcomes through innovationWhy Join Us?
