At Montessori Nest, we are opening the doors to our beautiful new nursery in West Hampstead this October, and we are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our growing team. Whether you already have Montessori experience or have worked in an EYFS setting and are eager to learn, we would love to hear from you. About You You will have: • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent recognised in the UK)., • Experience working with babies and toddlers (0–3 years)., • A calm, warm and nurturing approach., • A genuine passion for supporting young children's development., • Excellent communication and teamwork skills., • A willingness to learn and grow professionally. Most importantly, you enjoy building trusting relationships with children and families and want to make a real difference every day. What You'll Be Doing As part of our close-knit team, you will: • Support the daily care, wellbeing and learning of babies and toddlers., • Help create a calm, safe and beautiful prepared environment., • Encourage children's independence through respectful interactions., • Build warm partnerships with families., • Work collaboratively with experienced Montessori educators to provide exceptional care and education. Montessori Experience? Previous Montessori experience is not essential. If you have worked in an EYFS setting and are curious about the Montessori approach, we will support you every step of the way.
