Ready to take on meaningful challenges and shape the next generation of mobility? \n Joining OPmobility means stepping into a global group with a purpose to keep people and goods moving safely, smarter, and sustainably everywhere. \n \n Responsibilities: \n\n • Promote and foster a proactive safety culture within the area of responsibility\n, • Participate in industrialization, process optimization, and efficiency improvement projects\n, • Support the pre-project phase, including budget estimation, risk identification, and quotation preparation\n, • Design optimal material, information, and process flows (inbound, internal, and outbound logistics)\n, • Define optimal inventory levels and lead times\n, • Develop functional specifications for packaging solutions in collaboration with Engineering and Production teams\n, • Organize packaging tests, fine-tuning activities, and approval processes through to customer validation\n, • Support the interface and integration with IT systems\n, • Contribute to supplier selection processes (transportation, packaging, SILS, logistics platforms)\n, • Develop and document supply chain processes and conduct FMEAs and audits\n, • Support the plant during SOP (Start of Production) and ramp-up phases\n\n \n Profile: \n\n • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Packaging Engineering, or a comparable field\n, • Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably within the automotive industry\n, • Solid understanding of Lean Management principles and supply chain tools\n, • Solid understanding and experience of PLC programming\n, • Solid understanding and experience of robot programming\n, • Understanding of Business systems (SAP), & MES principles\n, • Good knowledge of mechanical fundamentals and the ability to use 3D viewer software\n, • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital tools\n, • Customer-oriented mindset, strong team spirit, and ability to work independently\n, • Excellent intercultural and cross-functional communication skills\n, • Willingness to travel as required\n, • Fluent in (written and spoken)\n\n \n At OPmobility, people truly matter.
