Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic leader to join Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust as Head of Radiology Operations. As the operational lead for radiological services across our Trust, you will drive the strategic development and day-to-day management of a high-quality, patient-centred Radiology service spanning our Stoke Mandeville, Wycombe and Amersham sites, including our Community Diagnostics Centre. Working closely with Radiology Clinical Leads, senior managers and consultants, you will play a pivotal role in shaping service improvements, delivering business and project plans, and ensuring performance targets and strategic objectives are met -- all while championing our Trust values of Collaborate, Aspire, Respect and Enable.Main duties of the jobThis post will be the operational lead of radiological services for the Trust.The Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust has hospital sites at Stoke Mandeville, High Wycombe and Amersham, primarily serving Mid and South Buckinghamshire. There are radiology services situated at the Stoke Mandeville, Wycombe hospital and Buckingham hospitals and a Community Diagnostics Centre at Amersham Hospital.
