Location: Aylesbury (Covering Buckinghamshire & Surrounding Areas) Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + Door-to-Door Travel + Company Vehicle Are you an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer looking for a role with a regional patch, paid door-to-door travel and a better work-life balance? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established Water Hygiene and Legionella Compliance company that has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality compliance services across commercial, healthcare and public sector contracts. Due to continued growth, they're looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Engineer to join their friendly and supportive team. Unlike many roles within the industry, you'll benefit from a predominantly regional patch, meaning less time travelling and more time at home. Key Responsibilities • Temperature monitoring, • Water sampling, • TMV servicing, • Showerhead cleaning and disinfection, • Cold water storage tank inspections, • General Water Hygiene compliance duties, • Producing accurate reports and site documentation, • Delivering a professional service whilst maintaining excellent client relationships About You To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have: • Previous experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer or Water Hygiene Technician, • A good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidance, • Experience carrying out routine Water Hygiene compliance tasks, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload, • A full UK Driving Licence What's on Offer • Competitive salary of up to £30,000 DOE, • Company vehicle and fuel card, • Door-to-door travel paid, • Overtime opportunities, • 28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), • Company pension, • Regional patch with very limited long-distance travel, • Ongoing training and development, • Supportive management team, • Long-term stability within an established and growing business If you're looking to join a company that offers a great work-life balance, values its engineers and keeps travel to a minimum, we'd love to hear from you.
