Role: Service Demand Planning Associate \n Location: Burgess Hill (Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week in the office) \n Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday \n Pay: £15 - £17 per hour PAYE basic, excluding holiday pay / £19.89 - £22.55 per hour UMB, including holiday pay \n Contract: 6 months \n \n An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Service Demand Planning Associate to join one of our longstanding clients, a leading organisation based in Burgess Hill. \n \n This role is primarily focused on the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of service resources, with additional support across capacity planning, inventory management and longer-term demand planning. \n \n The position requires a hands-on and organised approach, with strong attention to detail, accurate system updates and confident communication across multiple internal and external stakeholders. \n \n Benefits \n\n • Hybrid working, minimum 2 days per week in the office\n, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n, • Free, on-site parking\n, • Weekly competitive pay\n, • Collaborative and supportive team culture\n, • Opportunity to contribute to key supply, demand and service planning processes within a market-leading organisation\n\n \n The Requirements \n\n • A-level education or equivalent, with GCSEs including English and Maths at Grades A-C or equivalent\n, • Experience within demand planning, scheduling or resource coordination desirable\n, • Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail\n, • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n, • Confident communicator with experience managing internal and external stakeholders\n, • Experience using CRM, ERP or enterprise systems such as SAP\n, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team\n, • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple enquiries and changing priorities\n, • Previous experience within a technology-led environment, ideally healthcare, would be advantageous\n\n \n The Role \n\n • Coordinate day-to-day scheduling and planning of service resources\n, • Monitor demand and supply activity using internal systems and digital tools\n, • Take corrective action to resolve short-term scheduling conflicts and capacity issues\n, • Keep customers and internal stakeholders updated on planning changes\n, • Support weekly demand and supply balance activity\n, • Assist with medium and long-term capacity planning and service activity forecasting\n, • Support planning for installations, de-installations and relocations\n, • Maintain accurate system data to support operational visibility\n, • Support inventory and logistics coordination, ensuring field teams have the right stock available\n, • Monitor supply chain changes and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders\n, • Plan and coordinate out-of-hours service activity when required\n, • Adhere to defined processes, working instructions and governance requirements\n, • Highlight recurring planning issues and contribute to continuous improvement\n\n \n If you're keen to join an exceptional team where you can play a key role in ensuring seamless service operations and planning excellence, then please apply to this Service Demand Planning Associate role below or call Chloe McCausland on between 8:30am - 5:00pm.
