The role of a Back of House Manager: • To assist Back of House Supervisors in supervising and controlling all members of the Back of House team, including the Agency Staff., • To draft all departmental rotas, taking into account holidays and training workshops, • To liaise with Personnel regarding any outstanding matters requiring disciplinary or corrective action amongst the Back of House Team., • To conduct regular reviews and audits of contract cleaning performance and to feedback findings., • To open up for tender all cleaning contracts when up for renewal and to source most comprehensive and competitive quotes., • To ensure meticulous and thorough cleaning and maintenance in all areas under your control. Due to continued expansion we are seeking to fill an important role in our Project Team.
