£45,000–£50,000 | Hybrid | York \n \n \n We're working with one of the UK's largest multi-site organisations as they continue an exciting digital transformation journey. With hundreds of sites across the UK and a growing portfolio of change initiatives, they're looking for a Business Analyst to help deliver meaningful business and technology improvements across the organisation. \n \n \n This is a fantastic opportunity for a traditional Business Analyst who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, understanding business challenges and driving process improvements from concept through to implementation. \n \n \n What you'll be doing \n\n • Gathering and documenting business requirements across a variety of transformation projects.\n, • Running workshops with stakeholders across multiple business functions.\n, • Producing process maps, user stories and functional documentation.\n, • Supporting digital transformation initiatives, replacing manual processes with modern technology.\n, • Working closely with project teams, developers and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.\n, • Supporting projects through the full lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to training, go-live and continuous improvement.\n, • Managing multiple workstreams within a fast-paced change environment.\n\n \n \n What they're looking for \n\n • Around 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.\n, • Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience.\n, • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.\n, • Experience producing clear documentation and business requirements.\n, • Someone collaborative, proactive and eager to learn.\n, • Exposure to Agile environments would be beneficial.\n, • Experience with Visio, Excel and tools such as Power BI or SQL would be advantageous.\n\n \n \n What's on offer? \n\n • Salary up to £50,000\n, • Hybrid working.\n, • Large-scale digital transformation projects.\n, • Exposure to a wide variety of business change initiatives.\n, • Supportive team with excellent opportunities for development.\n, • Opportunity to make a genuine impact across a growing organisation.\n\n
