We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer with a strong background in aluminium systems and façade design to join a growing and technically driven business within the building envelope sector. \n This role will suit a design professional who can take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, with a focus on technical excellence, buildability and compliance across façade systems. You will lead on technical matters such as dilapidations, PPM schedules, condition surveys, RCAs, and Party Wall instructions, while also providing technical due diligence to clients.
