What We're Looking For: • Someone who demonstrates a passionate love of design, art, and beauty., • Someone who will work alongside the Directors and Associates at the highest level to lead multiple and varied IA and FF&E projects, with the assistance of more junior team members., • A confident, loyal, trustworthy, dynamic, and charming person who can engage with clients, project consultant teams, suppliers, contractors, and fabricators., • Someone unafraid to take responsibility, ensuring the Kit Kemp Design Studio delivers a seamless service to clients., • Strong project leadership skills, including the ability to mentor more junior team members., • A proactive nature, great instincts, and openness to feedback. Key Skills and Experience: • A degree or equivalent in Interior Design/Interior Architecture., • At least 7+ years post-graduate experience with a minimum of 4 years in the luxury residential sector., • Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite., • A strong background in Interior Architecture, a high standard of technical ability, and broad knowledge of materiality., • A passion for FF&E with vast knowledge of suppliers, products, and specialist finishes. Experience in procurement would be a plus but is not essential., • Experience working on all aspects of projects through all stages, from concept to completion., • An understanding of project programs and deadlines., • Financial understanding of project costs and budget awareness., • An exceptional eye for scale, balance, detail, and colour., • Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.     JOIN LA PETITE BRETAGNE – FULL-TIME CREPIER / CHEF At La Petite Bretagne, making crêpes isn’t just cooking—it’s craftsmanship. Every galette and crêpe leaving our kitchen reflects our standards, attention to detail and pride in traditional French cuisine. We’re looking for an experienced Chef or Crepier who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes genuine ownership of their work. This is not an entry-level kitchen position. We’re looking for someone who already has experience working in a professional kitchen. Previous crêpier experience is a major advantage, but not essential—we will teach you our recipes and techniques. What matters most is your ability to manage your section independently, stay organised under pressure, and consistently produce high-quality food. Long-term commitment only. No seasonal or summer applications, please. YOUR ROLE As our Crepier, you will be trusted to run your kitchen section independently. This includes: Preparing and cooking traditional savoury galettes and sweet crêpes to our standards. Managing your own section throughout service with minimal supervision. Maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organisation and food safety at all times. Working efficiently during busy services without compromising quality. Monitoring stock levels and keeping your station fully prepared. Communicating effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service. Taking pride in every plate that leaves your section. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Previous experience as a Chef is essential. Previous experience as a Crepier is highly desirable, but full training will be provided. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Someone who is comfortable managing their section independently. Calm, focused and efficient under pressure. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards. A genuine passion for quality food and professional kitchen work.
