About the Client & His Condition The client lives with an incomplete spinal cord injury at C4/C5 level, which has resulted in: • Paralysis affecting both arms, legs and torso, • Complete loss of bowel and bladder control, • Retained movement of the head, neck and shoulders, • Very limited mobility below the shoulders Despite these challenges, he remains positive, motivated and fully engaged with his rehabilitation programme.
