Carbonite Clean is currently looking to recruit a full-time Senior Cleaner / Junior Supervisor This is a mobile role working across multiple client sites predominantly in West and North London. The successful candidate will be an experienced commercial cleaner with exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of cleaning standards, chemicals, equipment and safe working practices. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a proactive and professional approach to managing people and maintaining high service standards. You will be responsible for identifying and addressing performance issues, coaching and supporting cleaning operatives, and implementing improvements to ensure our clients consistently receive an outstanding level of service.
