\n FT Recruitment are supporting our client to recruit for a Sales Representative to join their growing team here in Aberdeen. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a tangible impact on the company's growth. \n \n Responsibilities \n \n • Identify and develop new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, telephone, email and LinkedIn\n, • Qualify and progress inbound enquiries\n, • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers and support a positive customer experience\n, • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in the clients CRM and support opportunities through the sales process\n, • Process orders, quotations, contracts and sales documentation, including recurring revenue and renewal tracking\n, • Track and support customer renewals, resolve invoicing queries with Finance and help retain and grow existing accounts\n, • Process purchase orders for client projects and liaise with suppliers to support timely delivery\n, • Coordinate sales actions and support the handover of new business to project delivery, including project setup and customer kick-offs\n, • Work with our external marketing agency to coordinate digital, social media and email campaigns and review performance reports, providing insights to leadership\n \n \n Qualifications and experience required: \n \n • Proven experience in sales, customer service, business development or a customer-facing role, ideally within an IT / Technology business\n, • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, lead generation and relationship building\n, • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities and follow-ups\n, • Strong attention to detail, particularly with CRM records, orders, quotations and sales documentation\n, • Confident and professional communicator with strong written and verbal skills\n, • Confident using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is advantageous\n, • Self-motivated, adaptable and keen to learn\n \n \n
