\n I'm hiring a Home Risk Pricing Manager for a leading UK insurer with a strong reputation for investing in pricing, analytics, and data science. \n This role sits within the Home Pricing function and offers a blend of pricing strategy, analytical problem-solving, and team leadership, supporting the delivery of profitable growth across the home insurance portfolio. The role\n Reporting into the Senior Home Risk Pricing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping pricing strategy for the home insurance book. \n This isn't a pure modelling role. Instead, you'll use models, data, and pricing insight to make commercial decisions about how pricing should be adjusted to drive growth and profitability. \n You'll spend roughly half your time leading and coaching analysts, with the remainder focused on hands-on pricing analysis and strategy.
