This role offers a strong career path in the hospitality industry, a chance to learn new skills, and develop relationships in a safe, sustainable environment. • Develop and manage contract strategies aligned with procurement, project delivery, and organizational objectives., • Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions (including scope, pricing, delivery, warranties, indemnities, insurance, and limitations of liability) in coordination with Legal where required., • Lead contract formation activities, ensuring required approvals, delegations of authority, and supporting documentation are completed prior to execution., • Ensure contracts comply with internal governance, procurement policies, audit requirements, and applicable regulations, while maintaining proper contract documentation, approvals, and audit trails., • Manage contract change control, including amendments; support assessment and negotiation of associated commercial impacts, and identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks (commercial, legal, schedule, and performance), escalating issues and recommending mitigations as appropriate., • Manage contract close‑out activities (deliverable acceptance, final accounts, handover, and archiving) and support renewals/expiries and lessons learned, while continuously improving contract management processes, templates, and clause libraries to enhance speed, quality, and compliance., • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, and 5–8+ years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or a related role., • Demonstrated experience drafting and administering complex or high‑value contracts, and experience working in structured environments with contract governance, audit, and compliance requirements., • Strong knowledge of contract terms and contract administration practices; familiarity with standard forms of contract is an advantage., • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously under tight deadlines, and high attention to detail and commitment to compliance and transparency., • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and resolve contractual issues., • Proficiency with contract management processes and tools (e.g., document control, contract registers, ERP/procurement systems) is an advantage, and fluent English required; Greek/ Spanish preferred., • Team – Becoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities., • Grow – Have room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement., • Care – Competitive remuneration package, • Private health insurance, • Flexible working model #J-18808-Ljbffr
