    Doxwel IV Therapy and Medical Aesthetics is looking for an experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice. This is a part-time position with a consistent schedule and opportunity for growth as the esthetics schedule expands. About the position: Our approach is personalized, intentional, and focused on healthy skin and long-term client relationships. We are not looking for someone simply to perform a treatment and move on to the next appointment. We want an esthetician who enjoys getting to know their clients, understands their skin concerns and goals, provides thoughtful recommendations, and creates an experience that keeps clients coming back. The right person will have the opportunity to help grow the esthetics side of Doxwel while working alongside our medical aesthetics and wellness team. Responsibilities: • Perform customized facial treatments based on individual skin needs and goals., • Confidently and independently perform Hydrafacial treatments., • Customize Hydrafacial protocols based on skin type, concerns and treatment goals., • Conduct skin consultations and help develop individualized skincare and treatment plans., • Educate clients on skin health, home skincare routines, and appropriate treatment options., • Recommend professional and medical-grade skincare products based on clients needs., • Educate clients on additional services available within the practice when appropriate., • Build long-term client relationships through excellent care, education and follow up., • Encourage appropriate booking and continuity of care., • Take high-quality before and after photographs and maintain accurate documentation., • Maintain treatment room, equipment sanitation, and infection control standards., • Collaborate with our medical providers and team when clients' goals may benefit from additional aesthetic treatments., • Participate in social media content, educational initiatives, events and practice promotions. Required Qualifications: • Active New Jersey Esthetician License, • Hands on Hydrafacial experience and proficiency required, • Ability to perform Hydrafacial treatments indepedently and confidently, • Strong understanding of skin health, skincare ingredients, and treatment protocols, • Excellent communication and client service skills, • Professional, warm, dependable and comfortable building relationships with clients, • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, safety and documentation, • Ability to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in medical spa or medical esthetics setting, • Experience with medical grade skincare, • Experience with additional advanced facial treatments and modalities, • Comfortable recommending skincare and treatment plans without a high pressure sales approach, • Strong consultation and rebooking skills, • Interest in continuing education and growing with medical aesthetics, • Preferred but not required bilingual (English/Spanish) While experience is important, we also value professionalism, reliability, work ethic, eagerness to learn, personality and the ability to make clients feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. Schedule: This is a part-time position, approximately 10-20 hours per week, with opportunity for additional hours as the esthetics schedule grows. Compensation: $20-25/hour based on experience, plus services bonus, retail commission and tips. This role is responsible for ensuring DOT and regulatory compliance while providing administrative support for driver qualification and safety programs. Responsibilities: • Maintain and audit DOT Driver Qualification (DQ) files., • Coordinate DOT drug and alcohol testing, including Clearinghouse queries and follow-up documentation., • Process Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reviews for new hires and annual compliance., • Track driver credentials and communicate upcoming expirations., • Maintain OSHA and FMCSA compliance records and reporting., • Assist with onboarding drivers and acquired employees for DOT compliance., • Process previous employment verification requests., • Update safety databases, fleet rosters, and other compliance records. Qualifications: • Experience supporting DOT compliance, transportation safety, or driver qualification programs preferred., • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail., • Proficient with Microsoft Office and data management., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
