Event Assistant (Part Time) Pay: From $25.00 per hour Job description: We're Hiring for Part Time Event Staff Across NY And NJ. Do you love live music, stunning venues and unforgettable experiences? Join our growing team at Lumos Experiences, where we bring musical candlelight concerts to life every weekend. We're on the lookout for passionate, reliable and friendly event staff to support our shows across NY and NJ. This is a part-time role, perfect for those who thrive in live event environments and are excited to grow with a creative, expanding business. Role we're hiring for: Event Assistant (Fridays/Saturdays) • Assist with load-in and load-out of show equiptment, • Assist guest check-in and assist with seating, • Assist Liaising with musicians and venue staff, • Assist the event setup, lighting and ambience, • Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience, • Troubleshoot with calm professionalism What we're looking for: • Strong communication & customer service skills., • Availability on Fridays & Saturdays., • Must have a car or the ability to car share., • Must be willing to drive up to 2 hours to an event (travel contribution provided), • Ability to lift up to 40lbs Why you'll love working for us: • You’ll be part of a small, friendly team that helps transform beautiful venues into unforgettable live music experiences., • Be part of a creative, growing company with the opportunity for more hours., • Flexible part-time role., • This role is perfect for anyone who loves live music, atmosphere and meeting new people.
