This is one of the most skilled positions in the restaurant. Success requires speed, focus, memory, and the ability to stay composed while managing multiple pizzas during high-volume service. Responsibilities • Operate the pizza oven throughout service, • Learn oven hot spots and manage cooking temperatures, • Rotate and move pizzas to achieve the perfect bake, • Ensure crusts are cooked evenly and consistently, • Cut, finish, garnish, and package orders accurately, • Maintain oven station prep including basil, Parmesan cheese, and finishing ingredients, • Prepare small baked items such as cookies before opening, • Keep the station clean, stocked, and ready for service We're Looking For Someone Who • Has experience working a high-volume pizza oven, • Thrives under pressure, • Has excellent timing and multitasking skills, • Pays close attention to quality and presentation, • Can maintain composure during busy rushes Schedule • Wednesday through Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, • Sunday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, • Closed Mondays and Tuesdays Compensation • $200-$250 per day, • Weekly pay every Wednesday If you can run an oven with confidence and consistency, we'd love to have you on our team.

About the position: Our approach is personalized, intentional, and focused on healthy skin and long-term client relationships. We are not looking for someone simply to perform a treatment and move on to the next appointment. We want an esthetician who enjoys getting to know their clients, understands their skin concerns and goals, provides thoughtful recommendations, and creates an experience that keeps clients coming back. The right person will have the opportunity to help grow the esthetics side of Doxwel while working alongside our medical aesthetics and wellness team. Responsibilities: • Perform customized facial treatments based on individual skin needs and goals., • Confidently and independently perform Hydrafacial treatments., • Customize Hydrafacial protocols based on skin type, concerns and treatment goals., • Conduct skin consultations and help develop individualized skincare and treatment plans., • Educate clients on skin health, home skincare routines, and appropriate treatment options., • Recommend professional and medical-grade skincare products based on clients needs., • Educate clients on additional services available within the practice when appropriate., • Build long-term client relationships through excellent care, education and follow up., • Encourage appropriate booking and continuity of care., • Take high-quality before and after photographs and maintain accurate documentation., • Maintain treatment room, equipment sanitation, and infection control standards., • Collaborate with our medical providers and team when clients' goals may benefit from additional aesthetic treatments., • Participate in social media content, educational initiatives, events and practice promotions.
