Job Description Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Language Therapist Falk School | Buffalo, NY Pay: $39 – $42 per hour ($55,965 – $58,800 per school year based on a 35-hour week) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:35 AM – 2:35 PM Why Falk School? Our classrooms are intentionally small—typically six students supported by one teacher and one teacher aide—allowing staff to develop meaningful relationships while providing individualized support. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you'll provide individual and group therapy to students with speech, voice, and language needs while collaborating closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. You'll play an important role in helping students strengthen their communication skills, access instruction, and build confidence both in and beyond the classroom.
